Manavi is a dry, white wine, produced from the Kakhetian Mtsvane grapes of Manavi, located in the Georgian Caucasus region of Kakheti. The wine is produced by using the classic method and is characterized by crisp, fruity aromas of quince and pear. Food Pairing: Traditional Georgian dishes, seafood, poultry, and cheese.
