Kisi is a dry amber wine, produced from specially selected Kisi grapes using 8000-year-old tradition from the Georgian village of Manavi, located in Sagarejo Region. It’s been fermented in clay jugs (qvevri) for 6 months, the wine color turns into amber. The full-bodied and well-balanced wine is rich with tannins. It’s easy to recognize tones of dried fruits and black pepper in the wine. Goes well with Georgian traditional cuisine and greasy food. Best served at temperature +14°-15°C ( +57°-59°F).
